Terms, conditions & how to use
This portal is the online atelier of jewellery designer Meenu Gupta. It explains how to view collections, place an order, and request a private commission.
How to use the portal
- 1. Choose your country. Use Ship to in the header for shipping. Ask on WhatsApp for the current price. Invoices stay in INR.
- 2. Browse collections. Bridal, festive and everyday fashion jewellery. Search by piece or jewellery type.
- 3. Fill your bag. Add pieces without signing in. Checkout as a guest, or with an account if you want the order saved.
- 4. Checkout. Enter your name, phone, email and delivery address, accept the terms, and place the order. Cash on delivery is available on ready pieces.
Customer accounts
Keep your name and contact details accurate. You are responsible for destination VAT, duty and freight once a piece leaves the atelier.
Studio listings
Photographs and films must show the actual piece. Misleading plating or finish claims are not allowed.
Pricing
Prices are quoted on WhatsApp from the atelier. Binding invoices are in INR unless agreed otherwise.
Checkout and your details
You must give an accurate name, phone, email and delivery address. The atelier uses these to confirm and ship the order. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available on ready pieces. Pay in cash when the order is delivered. Online payment may also be offered at checkout when it is set up.
Shipping and returns
Ready pieces ship from the atelier to your address. Returns follow the packing note. Commissioned work follows the agreed brief.
