Browse a collection, add a piece to your bag, and check out as a guest or with an account. Cash on delivery is available on every order — pay when the piece arrives. One piece is enough. For a custom set, use Enquire.
What jewellery does she design?
Bridal, festive, antique and everyday fashion jewellery — plated, stone-set and contemporary pieces. Search by type or collection.
How do I get a price?
Prices are not listed on the site. Open a piece or collection and tap Msg me on WhatsApp — the desk sends photos, price and stock on chat.
Do you take private commissions?
Yes. Send a brief through Enquire — weight, finish, occasion and reference images. The desk replies with a note and timeline.
What services does the atelier offer?
Bridal jewellery design sittings, saree wearing training, and a party jewellery guide. Open Services in the menu, or write to Meenu from any service page — no account is required.
Can I talk to the designer?
Yes. Open The designer and use Talk to Meenu. Bridal, custom, styling or a collection brief — she reads every note. No account is required.
How are photos and videos used?
Each piece can carry studio photographs and a short film so you can see movement and finish before you order.
Do you supply and export artificial jewellery?
Yes. In India we supply artificial jewellery city by city, including locality pages. For other countries we export fashion jewellery from the atelier. Open Cities & countries, fill the form, and send it on WhatsApp.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout. The order is confirmed at once; you pay in cash when the piece is delivered.
Is tax added at checkout?
No extra tax is added by ZeriZest. The price quoted on WhatsApp is the amount you pay. Overseas clients may still pay destination VAT and duty in their country.
How is a piece priced?
Ask the atelier on WhatsApp. Fashion jewellery uses a studio unit price; the desk quotes it on chat.
Returns?
Ready pieces follow the packing note. Commissioned work is made to the agreed brief and is not returnable unless the atelier confirms a fault.
